Meat Inspection License for Fully Inspected Operators
A fully inspected licensed establishment has the capability of producing product that can be distributed into commerce. A fully inspected establishment must abide with the regulations in 9 Code of Federal Regulations and a Ohio Department of Agriculture Meat Inspector will provide inspection coverage to the facility on each day they are producing product for sale.

Red Meat and poultry operators who meet the requirements set fort in Ohio Revised Code 918.
A license expires each year on March 31st
Fully inspected establishments pay an annual fee of $100.00
