Registration for "Heritage Family Farms, LLC" Virtual Public Meeting

The virtual public meeting for "Heritage Family Farms, LLC" will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. Those individuals wishing to provide oral comments are required to register prior to the meeting. Instructions for submitting the registration form are found below.

Submitting a Registration Form:

1.     Download and save the registration form to your computer
    
2.     Complete the registration form and save to your computer again.
    
3.     Prepare an email and attach the completed registration form.
    
4.     Include this language in the subject line of the email: "Registration Form for Heritage Family Farms, LLC Virtual Public Meeting".
    
5.     Email the the completed registration form to lepp@agri.ohio.gov by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2021.
