Registration (food processing facilities and warehouses)

Who Needs This Registration?

Any person or firm operating a food processing establishment or warehouse facility, not currently holding any other license with the Division of Food Safety.

Registration Period:

February 1 through January 31

Annual Fee:

$50 and up depending on square footage of facility.  Fee due at the time of inspection.

Requirements:

Regulations regarding Good Manufacturing Practices

Forms Needed:

Registration application is supplied at time of inspection.
Renewals are sent via the Division of Food Safety.
