The video below shows the proper techniques and procedures to follow when a licensed Weigher, Sampler and Tester is picking up milk from a licensed dairy farm.  All new employees that are engaging in the practice of picking up milk from a dairy farm need to have a Weigher, Sampler and Tester license, and are encouraged to watch this video for the proper techniques to follow.  All current licensed Weigher, Sampler and Testers can use this video as a refresher, to make sure they are following the proper protocols.
