Hemp Is Now Legal

The first step toward legalizing hemp in Ohio has been taken. The USDA recently approved the State of Ohio's hemp program. Senate Bill 57 was signed into law, decriminalizing hemp and paving the way for the development of a new industry in our state.

ODA Opens 2019 Specialty Crop Block Grant
The 2019 SCBGP is now open. Funding for projects to enhance the competitiveness of crops such as fruits, vegetables, nuts and nursery crops is available to non-profit organizations, associations or commodity groups, universities and research institutions.
