The Ohio Auctioneer Commission (OAC) is comprised of five members appointed by the Governor.

The duties of the OAC are to serve in an adversary capacity to the Ohio Department of Agriculture. They oversee the auction education fund, auction school curriculum and requirements, and continuing education requirements and providers.
The OAC meets quarterly at ODA.
