Certificates of Origin and Freesale are documents issued to manufacturers to enable them to sell their products internationally. Certificates can be processed for companies who have ODA-registered pesticide or specialty fertilizer products in Ohio.

Instructions for Requesting Certificates of Freesale

Requests may be emailed to the Ohio Dept. of Agriculture.

Each request should include:

• Name, address and ODA Company ID of manufacturer or registrant
• Product list, including EPA Registration Number and SKU (if applicable)
• Contact information, including phone number and name and address of where to send the certificate.

Certificates will be sent within a week of receipt of request.
