Who Needs This License? Any individual who uses or directly supervises the use of any restricted use pesticide for purposes of producing any agricultural commodity on property owned or rented by him or his employer.

Licensing Period: April 1 through March 31, every three years

Annual Fee: $30.00 every three years (there is no late fee)

Requirements: Submit completed application and fee. Pass the Core exam and applicable Category exams.

Who Needs This License? Any individual who personally or by his/her agent owns or operates a pesticide business or who applies either general or restricted use pesticides to the property of another without direct supervision; applies restricted use pesticides to the property of his/her employer; or applies either general or restricted use pesticides to Federal, State or Local public property.

Annual Fee: $35.00 ($17.50 late fee in addition to annual fee)

Annual Fee: $35.00 plus $35.00 for each location ($17.50 late fee in addition to annual fee)

Requirements: Submit completed application and annual fee. Show proof of general liability insurance for pesticide usage.

Who Needs This License? Any location that only solicits to obtain business for a contracted pesticide application business. This license type is prohibited from making pesticide applications

Licensing Period: October 1 through September 30 annually

Annual Fee: $35.00 ($17.50 late fee in addition to annual fee)

Who Needs This License? Any person who distributes Restricted Use Pesticides

Licensing Period: October 1 through September 30 annually

Annual Fee: $35.00 ($17.50 late fee in addition to annual fee)

Requirements: Submit completed application and annual fee. Yearly reporting of sales is required; reports of restricted use sales for the period July 1 to June 30 are due by July 31 of each year.

Who Needs This Registration? Any Section 3 and Minimum-Risk pesticide that is distributed within the State of Ohio

Licensing Period: July 1 through June 30 annually

Annual Fee: $150.00 per product ($75.00 late fee in addition to annual fee)

Requirements: Submit completed application, annual fee, and PDF of product label.
