The Mortality Management Plan Form 3900-008 is required as part of a Permit to Operate (PTO) to identify the best management practices that will be utilized to manage dead livestock in accordance with Ohio law.  Acceptable methods to dispose of mortality losses include incineration, burial, composting, rendering, and transport to an approved landfill.
