Pursuant to R.C. 121.95, the Ohio Department of Agriculture completed an inventory of regulatory restrictions.  The Department of Agriculture has 7,571 regulatory restrictions covering twelve (12) regulatory programs. Pursuant to R.C. 3717.04, the Department shares jurisdiction of an additional 1,199 rules with the Ohio Department of Health (OAC Chapter 3717).
