No endorsement, implied or otherwise, is made regarding any of the varieties named. All varieties require close monitoring and management for THC levels. Any given variety may produce higher THC unexpectedly due to fertilization, growing conditions and other environmental factors.

Some varietal genetics have had several samples with THC levels in excess of the allowable limit. When cultivating a variety that claims to have a high CBD content, diligent monitoring should be used as many of those varieties tend to go hot if grown to full maturity.

For the purposes of this document, “Average THC Levels” takes into account the measurement of uncertainty.
